"If I could somehow give this shop no stars that still wouldn’t be a true representation of the owner and the service I have received.. I ordered a lounge back in December 2022 it arrived before Christmas and was the wrong lounge. Was told my lounge would arrive around the 10th of January 2023 and it’s now the 11th of June 2023 Iv heard all the excuses in the world iv also been ignored phones not answered and lied to constantly by the owner George who is extremely condescending and arrogant with absolutely no respect for anyone. Iv now asked for a refund after finally getting a hold of him by ringing off my wife’s phone I told him who it was and he asked how I was doing I said not good he then had the decency to ask me why I’m not good…… 7 months iv been waiting on my lounge that’s why I’m not good. Anyway I asked for a refund and he asked me to Google depots in Canberra and he will call me the following day on the 8th of June to sort it out and again never returned my call. If anyone is looking for any furniture I suggest staying away from Windsor discount centre and the owner their customer service is appalling. Needless to say this matter is now getting sorted through the legal channels. Worst business and business owner I have ever experienced."

George wasn’t only personable and incredibly generous with his time, he offered me a few options at different price points, never pressuring me, or steering me towards the more expensive alternatives. To top off what can only be described as an easy shopping experience, my pieces were delivered promptly the following day, and with such ease. I will absolutely be back in the very near future."
