"Made an initial appointment, didn’t have vacancy for the one psychologist, made me see another psychologist, fine. Waited for three weeks, the day before appointment she cancelled it saying she felt unwell, and the next availability is a month later. Seriously is this how you do a business? If you cancel at least give the next available appointment. Very unsatisfied and this place is very unprofessional. Don’t know how they are providing psychologist service la to other people. Utterly disgusting and unacceptable."
