"We purchased a lounge suite from Feelter, and we paid for their white glove delivery service. When the furniture arrived we were greeted by 3 delivery people who were in a huge hurry to get out. In the process of unboxing they dragged these huge boxes across the newly refinished timber floor. I had to stop them as i saw the damage, as they were obliviously happy to keep dragging the boxes increasing the damage. After confronting them on the day. They said that the office will be in contact. This never happened. After following up with them, i was told that they did not do any damage at all.... they finally agreed that they caused the damage. Eventually after several months of calls they sent over a repair man who showed up with brown crayons!!!!!! to colour in the huge scratch. The before and after pictures are attached. After 6 months of chasing feelter..... their final response is that they dont feel that its their responsibility and that i have to chase their delivery service myself...... who arent prepared to do anything else other than send back the man with crayons to colour in my floor. INCREDIBLY TERRIBLE AND AWEFUL EXPERIENCE WITH A VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY"
