"Came in on a busy Sunday and was greeted by a friendly old gentleman (on the larger side) who helped me pick out a wonderful suit for my brothers wedding! Couldn’t recommend more!"

"Suit is good, however, an elder male sale assistant with a pair of glasses (heard another staff called him as manager) in chadstone store is very rude. He mixed up the price, and when we tried to clarify the price, he tried to find excuses to prove he’s right, and ended with simply repeating “you are wrong and pretend to not understand the price” in an impolite and loud manner!!! How come you cannot explain the cost of a tailor-to-made suit clearly? It’s not an opportunity for you to charge randomly without reasonable reason. It’s ok that you may have a bad day. But you shouldn’t treat interested customers like such with bad manner and random price, unless you wanna ruin the brand…"
