"We went to buy a pair of jeans this morning. Staff members were fantastic. Nice and friendly."
"Shout out to Jihee for providing the worst customer service I have ever received. I had a faulty pair of jeans not even a month old, she told me she couldn’t do anything and would have to contact customer service. I asked if she could please contact them as I needed the jeans to go to work so I needed it sorted straight away. All I wanted was a exchange to the same item and she tried to use as many excuses as possible to avoid doing the exchange. When I then asked for a refund as they were faulty she then offered an exchange, she collected a new pair and then slammed them on the desk. She didn’t give me the receipt at first and when I asked her for my copy she had the audacity to ask why I would need it. As someone who works in retail I am appalled that someone would act this way and represent the brand the way she did."
