Our team of experienced Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists, Psychologists, and Social Workers are committed to delivering high-quality care to our patients.

We accept referrals for the treatment of various mental health conditions, offering a wide range of psychiatric and psychological services. Additionally, we provide Cognitive Assessments (IQ Testing) and various Psychometric Assessments for both children and adults. Our practice also conducts Medico-Legal Assessments for Civil and Criminal Litigation.

To see a psychiatrist, a valid referral from a GP is required. For psychologists and social workers, a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) is necessary. This plan allows you to claim rebates from Medicare for up to 6 initial consultations, with an additional 4 sessions available upon request. Medicare rebates, which cover approximately 70% to 80% of the consultation fee, are credited within 48 hours to your nominated bank account.

Private health funds may also provide rebates for psychological consultations, and we can provide you with a receipt for claiming purposes. However, please note that private health funds do not rebate psychiatric consultations.

If you have approved insurance claims, our psychiatrist and psychologists can provide assessments and ongoing treatment. Prior approval from your insurance company is required, and a referral from your family doctor is necessary.

For those arriving by car, we recommend parking at Parramatta Westfield. From there, exit at Level 2 near St George Bank, and cross the road near the railway bridge. We are the first building on the left. If you are using public transportation, we are just a short 3 to 5-minute walk from Parramatta Train Station and the Bus Terminals. Our consultations typically last up to 60 minutes for the initial appointment, with subsequent psychiatric consultations lasting 30 minutes. All consultations with our psychologists and social workers are up to 60 minutes.

We understand the importance of accommodating individual needs, which is why we offer reports to Centrelink, Department of Housing, and Department of Immigration upon request. Please note that these reports incur a separate fee and are not covered by Medicare.

For patients who do not speak English, we utilize Translating & Interpreting Services. However, our clinicians Dr. Samir Benjamin, Lillian Mawad, and Dina Soufy are fluent in Arabic.
