"I had a mirror broken off my car in a hit an run, my dealership told me it would be delayed by months to repair and cost a small fortune. I entered my details on the car caring website and had a call from Alex very shortly after, he was seriously well priced, had stock, would come to me AND could come out the very next day!!! The whole thing seemed to good to be true, but it isn’t, it is just a great business model that works because of amazing staff,when my amazing tech came he was here and gone within 10mins even taking what was left of the broken middle with him, I wish I could remember his name but he was here and gone so quickly! Alex was having issues with the credit card facility but called a few days later to take my payment over the phone. I honestly cannot recommend them more. Car caring has honestly given me the best experience I’ve had with my car, thank you Alex and team!"
"Alex has been very easy to deal from the start to the end. He patiently explained what needs to be replaced and what are the options. Called on Tuesday and the repair was done Thursday. Special thanks to Andrew who fitted the mirror for me, he takes care of everything and tested to ensure everything is working after it is fitted. Would definitely recommended Alex to my friends and family in the future, it is hard to find a trustworthy mechanics these days !"
"Had a quote and booked in to come to do my side mirror glass replacement. Sent them detail photo and description, even had the mirror removed from the car. Technician came an hour late, he had a quick look and said he can't do it say it will take too long. Call their office and never got back to me. Don't waste your time with them."
"Both Alex and Andrew were able to attend to my cars side mirror repair very quickly. I called at 12pm and the repair was organised for 2:30pm-3:30pm, on the same day. The price was also bette than I expected. Excellent deal. Highly recommend these guys! They also use mobile mechanics and so, they come to you, you don’t need to go to them. Cheers."
