He was a delight to work with and was knowledgeable, efficient, and kind, showing me how to style and pair different combinations of outfits for formal and casual occasions. I was most impressed when Juan kindly offered to take the new blazers I had purchased to the tailor so that they could quickly fix up some loose threads - done to perfection. Juan simply went above and beyond without any expectations or requests to do so - incredible. Please do yourself a favour and see Juan if you need any help. Thank you! Ultimately, I had made the tough decision that the blazers were not right for me in the end and Juan was understanding and helpful throughout the process - I apologised as I felt bad making the return, but he was very respectful and understanding. "I came in to buy a shirt I had seen in a different store yesterday and did get what I wanted. I also liked the look of some of the other clothes on display, just the girl working there did not seem very honest and was a fake friendly. I asked about my Politix account and she said it was only used after I pay to get the receipt. I said last time it got me a discount and she said there must have been an offer on my account… ok but that’s why they put my account in before I paid the previous time to get that offer? She didn’t find my email and asked for my number so I asked what email was against the number and she didn’t answer and just said oh the number worked fine. Apart from the staff member, the store can be quite expensive but I still like some of the things and it’s in a good location on Chapel St near Jam Factory."

"Went to this store on a Sunday and had to endure terrible service from staff who were clearly recovering from the night before. The two young ladies were uninformative, unhelpful and unwilling to go the extra mile to assist me. I bought a suit because I love this clothing brand, but will never return to this store."
