"Do not. I mean do not take out accidental damage warranty with furniture, I’ve had numerous stains and also friends of ours, sent the photos for claims to be always rejected as wear and tear. Don’t waste your money. We learned the hard way."

"Nick Scali have the worst customer service in history! Do not purchase anything from Nick Scali. Our bed came with missing parts and after weeks of requesting the items they have no idea when they will receive the missing parts. When requesting a refund they have it "under review" And the team that process refunds don't take phone calls or call customers back! When I request to speak to manager they seem to not take phone calls either and constantly make excuses like "they're all in meetings" "our system is down" Would give 0 if I could. Paid for a product that we cant use or put together! Don't even get me started on the delivery team. Happy to take the money but when it comes to accommodating the customer, forget it!"

"I had good customer service when they took my money. However I wish I read the reviews before buying a couch. 10-12 week estimate turns into 15-16, week, but you have to chase them to find this out. Honestly if you find something just as good somewhere else, go somewhere else."

"I too will also echo the reviews posted by others here recently. The Sales Team are exceptional, relational and the furniture itself is of decent quality that you would not mind waiting an extended period of time to obtain. But the after sales and delivery service are completely unacceptable, especially when the fault is on the business. We purchased a Sofa set late last year understanding through the sales team that COVID delays and holiday constraints meant the product would take time to deliver. We accepted the 10 - 12 weeks of expected delivery time (EDT), also waiting beyond the additional 2 - 3 weeks of EDT as given by the contract (it is meant to be 2 weeks only but they inserted an additional week). It has now passed this period. We contacted Nick Scali to discuss options but sales staff, under instruction from the manager, refused to engage or take responsibility or to otherwise attempt to remedy this situation. According to ACCC guidelines for Consumer Rights on "provided within a reasonable time" we are now entitled to some sort of compensation. The only thing they did do, was let me know that "we can't provide anything to you, my friend". They have continued to delay any compromise and I have had to speak with multiple staff from head office just to be heard. Echoing previous reviews: Miserable after sales experience and terrible customer service (from sellers)."
