"I was treated like absolute garbage by your rude receptionist, long dark hair, fair skin. Booked in at 12pm as advised to when booking so I wouldn’t have an extensive wait from morning jobs.Arrived at reception when I said I was booked she replied what now, showed her my text booking confirmation,was firmly told you will be waiting there are 20 cars in front of you, I explained this was not what I was told when booking in, I could of come at 8am but was advised to book at 12 to avoid this, she was like well this is what will be happening you can wait but it will be ages, I have been coming to express lube for years and was spoken to like absolute dirt, I really wish I had walked out, I was treated like garbage by her, I would never speak to a customer the way she spoke to me, absolutely disgraceful service"

"I visited your West Gosford premises on 31/3/23 and asked the receptionist for a service and rego check. She asked if I wanted to wait and I sat in the waiting room. Later my name was called and I was given an invoice for a rego inspection so I asked about the service. She said that I never asked for it and I said to her that she was incorrect. She replied that it was too late in the day for a service so I paid the rego fee (which is normally free with a service) and she told me to come back the following week for the service. I have been bringing my vehicles for many years to your workshop and as your records would show I have always asked for a service and rego check when it is due. So now I have to pay for a service (as well as having to pay for a rego check). Maybe our receptionist should listen to what is being asked as she seemed a little distracted at the time. Another unhappy customer!!!"

"Six months from purchase they now have serviced the vehicle and it drives reliably and like new. Fantastic for a 12+ year warranty of car and makes me sure to take my other vehicle to Express Lube now that it is out of new car warranty. The mechanics are superior technicians and more cost effective than the branded vehicle dealers. Five months after buying vehicle they have now rebuilt the suspension to deliver an excellent driving experience I had just bought this vehicle secondhand so needed a report on its overall condition and any mechanical repairs that needed to be immediate or down the track. The foreman mechanic met with me after the service and provided a fully documented typed report that we can work through the issues. I could not have been happier with the service booked in with only one days notice and delivered on a Saturday."
