"The staff here are both incompetent and dishonest. First the taller one messed up my transaction, then (as I had the receipt) then they refused to give me proof (the credit card declined print out that you usually get) to show it had not gone through, despite me asking repeatedly for it. The shorter one with the heavy false lashes assured me repeatedly that this had happened before to her and proceeded to leave the room (very suspicious!) to come back and say that her manager had said that it was fine. Against my better judgement (I know) I paid again and was running for my plane when I got the alert that it had gone through twice. Now I have had to go through all the hoops to have it queried and my credit card is apparently compromised and I have to go through all the hassle of getting a new one. Aaargh!!"
"My daughter and I came in to this store in our way to our terminal. Of course all the colours catch your eye. There are soooo many great styles and designs. But more than that, Traci and Samantha the sales ladies are so wonderful. They listened while my daughter told them how much she loves the clothes and the dachshund of course. We did buy a great nightie that she loved and because the service was incredible. These ladies deserve an extra special something. Thank you Traci and Samantha. You made my daughters experience amazing!!!!"
"Horrible customer service. Staff coughing non stop and when the prices were placed incorrectly on the garments instead of apologising for their mistake they told us we were in the wrong. Then as we were leaving the store they started talking about us absolutely appalling! I’ve worked in retail management and this was disgraceful"
