His calming nature always helped reduce all of my stress and anxieties. When I didn't want to do certain tests he educated me on the risks and benefits and then provided me with alternative options. "Dr Andrew Zuschmann I found after extensive research myself when I was new to the area. I am very happy with Dr Zuschmann with his professional manner, ease of communication and explaining things in simple terms when asked. He listened to what was important to me as a woman. I had a cesarean and was back to work 6 days after having my baby and I credit a lot of this to Andrews work and the ease and relaxing process. The hospital at Kareena private stay was pleasant and relaxing and all staff couldn’t speak highly enough of Dr Zuschmanns work. His office environment is clean, easy to park with underground parking and has direct lift access, staff are happy and pleasant to visit. I was out for my first Mother’s Day lunch in a restaurant and Dr Andrew Zuschmann walked in with his family and pretty much everyone stood up to stay thank you, as we were all there as mothers (young and old) thank you to Andrew. "After a miscarriage and infertility issues we went to see Andrew for advice. He recommended IVF immediately and gave as no explanation of the process or any prior testing to further understand our infertility (except for basic bloods). We asked him the cost and he said simply $6000. After my egg collection I hyperstimulated and was really sick, I believe this was due to a lack of monitoring as I only had one scan during my week of injections. By the time we had one egg transferred (which in itself was horrific as he couldn't get through my cervix, so had to puncture a hole through it) we had already spent almost $9000. Honestly the list of disappointments goes on and on. The last experience we had with him being that I was pregnant but about to miscarry. He told me to get bloods to check as he said there was still a strong chance the pregnancy would stick, he didn't call me with the bloods results for 4 days, even thought they were marked urgent. I have had no follow up from him or his clinic since. We have since found a new specialist who performed exploratory surgery on me 6 weeks after our first meeting and found that I has STAGE FOUR endometriosis. I strongly believe Andrew only cares about money, I have never felt like more of a number and not a human being, he has absolutely no bedside manner. The staff are no better, no kindness or compassion for people going through the most difficult time."
