"I wanted to take the time out and praise the amazing Simmee. I was in the store on a busy Saturday and was lucky to be served by her. She is the definition of what outstanding customer service is. More than happy to go to the back and find my sizing, offering suggestions to try on, and once I decided on my purchase suggested a place nearby on where to have my pants altered (while giving a 10% discount on the alterations shop). I hope the Politix management read this and appreciate what talented people they have. It’s quite rare that I’m impressed with the level of customer service, but this time I walked out very happy."
