"Ha when the companies own GM "Wayne Lewry" (see above) writes his own review deceptively portraying himself as just a client. Says it all really! Reason i know this is he called my wife re an incident over a year ago right before getting debt collectors involved over a single $85 cancellation fee. This is despite reason for missing appointment being my daughter near hospitalised, them not allowing us to reschedule, trying to force my 4yr old daughter who was near passing out with 40deg temp, throwing up into a zoom meeting. Then when i refused and asked can i pay tomorrow as we are literally trying to get in Touch with our gp, shes throwing up right now etc their response was we'd prefer you pay now over the phone. Zero compassion, zero understanding. Soley monetary focussed. Even after multiple complaints conversations with the Director Mirta who apoligised for the treatment of us and our child, one year later we get an email seeking the fee, then Wayne called my wife just last week said he was unaware of situation as he only came on a year ago (again see his above review) and wanted to get more information. His words were their was talk in office as to why/should such a small amount go to debt collection agency so wanted to know the story so we explained what had happened. Then he said thanks for clarifying he was u aware and he will discuss with his staff yet still referred it to a debt collection agency who has now contacted us for payment. Disgusted with this money hungry practice despite actual psych being lovely. Shame about her employer!"

"Firstly, Our experience with Alex the psychologist was wonderful. However our experience with the admin team has been horrendous with a complete lack of compassion and understanding. They do not care about the well-being of your child. They care only about recuperating costs. While I understand the need for a cancellation policy and have honoured this in previous circumstances, in this instance we were treated with such little consideration it has driven me to write this review, something I don’t do, ever. Our 4 year old daughter happened to fall sick in June of 2022, with Influenza, within 24 hours of an appointment. Having been dealing with a very sick child, 40 degree temperatures, asthma attacks and coughing to the point of spewing I called to cancel the appointment on the day. After explaining my situation I was told I couldn’t just reschedule and that I’d have to book a zoom consult. Feeling pressured to do so and distracted by trying to purchase medication and speak with doctors I agreed. My husband who was at home with her rang to explain that she was unable to hold a conversation let alone have a zoom psych appointment. The response was solely about how we were going to pay the cancellation fee and the expectation was that it would be paid immediately, and the fact that he had a very Ill child next to him was not even acknowledged. At no time were we offered an option to reschedule or given any level of understanding. The implication from the admin team was that we were lying. We are honest, hard working people. They have continued to chase us for $85 explaining that they have overheads that need to be paid. They have failed to consider the extra costs to us of gap fees, appointments with gps to get new mental health care plans and new initial consultation fees, not to mention waiting lists to see health professionals. Emails have been sent to Mirta, Bronwyn and Wayne explaining our extenuating circumstances and asking for leniency. While Mirta ‘apologised for our experience’ with a generically worded email, Both Wayne and Bronwyn were just rude and it was clear that they didn’t care. We have now had to get new referrals and mental health care plans for our daughter. It is clear that this organisation is very much all about getting their money, and not All about kids and families. Having such a negative experience has only lost them an ongoing client. This organisation has now referred this bill for $85 to debt collectors. A dog move for such a small amount of money to them. They could have had our repeat business instead and gotten a lot more out of us. I’m so angry and disappointed. Just be mindful that they will harass you for money if you happen to have unavoidable life events."

"The team from All About Kids were welcoming and professional when dealing with our family. It can be so stressful when first seeking allied health services and finding the right fit but they made it easy and stress free!! All About Kids were understanding of our child’s needs and their flexibility and consistency of service delivery during lockdown was a huge help to us as a family with a newborn in the mix. We felt they really worked with us as a team and included us every step of the way to help our child meet her goals, offering practical guidance for strategies we could implement at home to support her development. The staff were also really great at building a rapport with my little one, who can take a while to warm up. I’d highly recommend them to anyone seeking allied health services. Very happy!"
