"I am very satisfied with the service of Hi-Tech Mufflers. Here is my experience. We have a 2004 Toyota Camry which was quoted to required exhaust work of +$3000 quoted by Sydney Toyota Waterloo. In disbelief, we went to shop around and we got in touch with Lambros Kouriefs - the manager and owner of the workshop through referral. Lambros was very professional, patient and very friendly. He gave us a free inspection to generate a quote. The process was a real diagnostic where the car was driven into his workshop and lifted up for immediate assessment. It was more thorough than just bending down to have a quick look. Lambros was been transparent with the pricing, terms of service and warranty conditions. We made an appointment for the repair to be done a week later, and the vehicle was only in their workshop for 2 hrs get 2/3 of the exhaust replaced and fitted properly. Lambros also allowed us to ask questions after the repair, to better understand which component was damaged, showing us how damage the original exhaust system was. He also provided some helpful recommendation, future after care and stand by his product quality which is made in Australia in a plant managed by him. We have driven for a day since the repair and sounded really quiet as of this review. I highly recommend their service and would like to thank Lambros and his Team for such great customer service.
