"My appointment was cancelled by the clinic a couple of days before the agreed appointment date. Rather than agree to a deposit refund as I had no control over the cancellation of the appointment, I had to request a refund instead. It was finally agreed to (in writing via email) as it was an unusual circumstance of it being cancelled by them in the first place. I am yet to receive it 3 weeks later. Each week I have been told ‘it will be done by the end of this week’ with nothing returned to my account since April 18th. My calls and emails during the past week are now being ignored by the clinic. This has been a shocking experience and quite unprofessional."
