Claire at reception is so lovely and friendly and Dr Rogina cleaned my teeth and did all the ex-rays explaining everything she was doing along the way comforting me. "I volunteered for Smile by Design over 3 weeks. It was the best experience I’ve ever had in a dental clinic. I was always welcomed with friendly faces. Dr Michael Tam always made sure I was comfortable and okay with the tasks I was doing. The staff members treated me like a professional and I did not feel uncomfortable at all. Also observing Dr Michael, Dr Regina and Dr Sandra doing surgeries on their patients, they treated them with such good care and it wasn’t a matter of just getting the surgery done but to make sure the patient was fully satisfied with it."
