"Amazing service by Ellie. I went in for a tux and wasn't quite sure what to expect so we went around to all the stores we could find at DFO. When we went to Peter Jackson Ellie looked after us and she took her time, was patient, knowledgeable and really made sure we were looked after. After making the rounds in DFO we chose to buy from Peter Jackson as the product suggested was great, service was exceptional and Ellie made the difference for us. Other stores the staff weren't as attentive and could learn a lot from the Peter Jackson store. The staff there in general were great. Highly recommend speaking to Ellie if you have an important event and want to look good"

"This review is following up an initial complaint which was made to Peter Jackson about 3 weeks ago, which they never bothered to get back to. - I’m not one to leave reviews but my experience with Travis deserves one. I went in earlier today with some other friends and everything was going good at first, until the end of our visit when we told this individual that we were going to look around at other stores as this store was the first place that we had looked at. In my many years of shopping, I have never experienced treatment this abhorrent by a retail worker. Travis’ response was aggressive, snarky and out of pocket as he felt the need to question whether or not we were being ‘serious’ when we made that statement, he also felt the need to mention that he had ‘helped us out for ages’ as he rolled his eyes and walked away whilst making several more similar distasteful comments. I’m not sure why he felt the need to have an outburst as give or take he helped us look at 3 different suits, and there was only one other customer in the store who needed his assistance for about 10 minutes from the time we entered and left. Myself or no one else is obliged to buy anything just because we entered your store and had your assistance. Travis work on your customer service mate, it’s terrible. As for Peter Jackson I suggest they look at the rest of the distasteful comments left about this individual and perhaps train him on his attitude and customer service. To customers, if you don’t want to be made to feel like you’re obliged to purchase something or be on the receiving end of such inappropriate comments, I suggest being served by another person at this store!"

"Very pleasant experience. Guy was very polite, professional, not pushy, not condescending. I walked in considering a suit but ended up buying more just because it was nice and easy. Also got some additional discount on top of the sale without having to ask. Pleasantly surprised. I had my 3 kids with me as well and it would have been frustrating for any shop with young ones waiting impatiently. Customer service still lives. Well done guys."
