"DO NOT GO HERE. This is a Clinic that subcontract dentists around Australia. They over charge. They are liars. They offered a full refund because their interstate dentist could not return to Sydney over two months. They offered a full refund. I accepted the offer. I sent them emails. No response for refund. As soon as I called again they re-cantered the offer. Biggest rip off. Now taking LEGAL ACTION. Not work going there"
"I went into Unique Dental Lounge with a huge amount of work that needed to be done. From the moment I met the team at Unique Dental Lounge they made me feel comfortable and like I was in the most capable hands possible. I had a very lengthy process that took over 6 months to complete, which included multiple sessions of complicated root canals, a dental implant and porcelain crowns. They also gave me a very fair quote for the whole treatment plan. Every single experience I had with the team was compassionate and professional. The whole staff at Unique Dental Lounge are wonderful, but I wanted to mention that Maria and Dr. Teresa (who were there over most of the process) were both so supportive and kind to me and who are really just outstandingly good at what they do. I had my crowns put in just before Christmas and I have to say I could not possibly be happier. They are so natural, but have given me the sparkling smile I’ve always wanted. Thank you guys so much!"
