"After covid my son was already behind on getting help. I had an appointment booked with someone else but I cancelled that appointment to come see Meenakshi as we could get in with her alot sooner. The appointment date was moved and to a different location and receptionist was rude in the emails so I already had a bad feeling about them.. but we were desperate. We drove over and hour to get there. She was running way behind as another patient got the location wrong, that's ok things happen... but due to that our appointment was rushed. I came in with assessments I got and reports from school all showing the same thing, she even asked my son questions and he couldn't even answer them as he did not understand... he was in year 1! ... quite obvious what is going on... But was told the old school did the wrong assessment and she can't diagnose him without it... fair enough (Not the specialist fault on that part) and was send on my way and told they would call to book another appointment and that was it.... never got a call for another appointment.... And my sons new school informed me they need a Connors report sent in order to do that, so I asked the receptionist. she stated they don't do that, but the school informed me every specialist sends one for there other students and they can't do one until they receive one. So I emailed again stating the year was almost over and my son won't have the same teacher to fill out the form... And was told Dr rattan. Doesn't do them as she stated in previous emails. If she doesn't do Connors reports then why was the other report the other school gave us not acceptable?? Then I received a call from Julie saying dr rattan will do it for me and to send school name, school councillors name and email.... so I did. Still yet to receive it!! It is very disheartening, things have been dragged on all this time unfortunately and when we finally get in to see someone it just came to a dead end again. So here we are again waiting a long time see a different specialist and back to square one."

"Disgusting. Julie the receptionist is a piece of work nasty horrible woman . Dr rattan herself has sent prescriptions that are capable of overdose then blames phamarcy for her f up . No care in their service . Different charges for services depending on their feelings on the day. Proof of everything in emails . Hccc and fair trading have been contacted. Avoid at all costs"
