"Whilst a trip to the dentist is rarely enjoyable, I was impressed by a number of things. I attended due to a infected tooth which had been painful for several days. An appointment was made over the phone, and I was personally greeted by name as I walked into reception. There wasn't a long wait before I was seen. X-rays were taken and the dentist politely explained the need to extract the tooth. I was notified clearly about each step. It was quickly removed. At the end of the procedure , I was given a small packet of extra gauze and pain medication, which I was able to take directly after to get immediate relief from the pain. Well done."
