"Was seen by a deaf doctor and having to yell out my private information to him was really stressful. Also the wording he used, “So what mental health problem do you have?”, i told him, and then he said he can’t hear, i have to speak loudly, at that point i was really uncomfortable, but already prepaid for the appointment, didn’t want to waste the money, i felt really uncomfortable having to announce my issues to everyone and get stared at when i came out of his room"

"On 19 August , My wife needed iron infusion so we booked in at 10 am amd reached centre. We waited hours to see Doctor Vallipuram and at 1 pm he said I can't do it as I am alone here... I need a nurse. When checked with the admin ,they apologised and said the other doctor do it by themselves . It's not such a big thing . We wasted a whole day while my wife os feeling extremely weak.. It added to more stress. Don't visit the practice."
