"If I could leave no stars I would. I waited over three months for an appointment here for my son and was only told a week before that appointment that they would not see him (he is 17). The staff were unprofessional and inept to say the very least in their handling of this matter. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who is in need of relying on a paediatric appointment and wasting time when this could have been sorted from the initial phone call when making the booking in the first instance."
