"Extremely disappointed with what i experienced. Booked for appointment days in advance confirmed my appointment via their texting service. Turned up to my appointment 5 mins prior, after waiting for 30 mins asked the receptionist if she knew how much longer it would be as i had already been waiting as i stated to her i have been waiting for 30mins she was lovely and was very apologetic but said the doctor is running behind i said ok and continued to wait another 15min so 45 min in total to then go back up to the receptionist at this point i asked is the doctor even here? She again apologised and said yes she is here but she has been with a patient this whole time, i can understand running 5-10 or even 15 mins late but 45min is not ok. Would not recommend this doctor surgery to anyone. Horrible experience"
