"they offer a free 30 min consultation if you have a referral letter from the law institute of victoria, which I had and commented before starting the conversation, however they ignore this and gave me the $220 fee cost for the initial consultation. when I asked them if they were part of the free 30 min consultation program they said they were but if I wanted to get the service maybe in 8 months they would call me... so they get customers offering a service which they are not actually providing. pretty shady initial experience with these people, if they can not provide they should not offer."
