"I showed up unannounced today as my car broke down, I had roadside assistance jump start my car but needed a new battery urgently. I visited 3 other places & was turned down service for various reasons (battery not in stock, only sell batteries & don’t install etc) - I had my 2.5 year old with me and was feeling really flustered - then I discovered Positive Batteries on Mann’s rd & im glad I did. The man who served me could tell I had my hands full & drove my car around to their workshop, fitted the car with a new battery straight away for a great price. Very happy with the friendly service I received & will be sure to spread the word :) Thank you!"
"Friendly staff provided excellent customer service and advice. They were willing to investigate sourcing a product for us and ringing us with the information. They have recently (three weeks ago) opened a Kings 4WD outlet which saves Central Coast customers going to Newcastle. They don't match online specials but as you are not paying for postage and can check out product in store the price still works out cheaper. Walked out with the new battery we went in for and more..Will be a return customer!!!"
