"AVOID! Liar, Misrepresents & Bully. CEO, Sunil, with two associates, turns up at my address, claims to be the owner & says i had two days to leave ALL FALSE!. CEO is a serious piece of liability.120823. Nothing much to discuss Samanatha! His first sentance he asks my name. The second sentance he tells me he is the owner & i had two days to leave. Confusion ensured from there but there was no confusion when i reafirmed &or reasked him if he was the owner to which he consistantly replied yes! What i would like to know is what gave him the confidence to treat me in that manner? To lie, to belittle, to purposfully attempt to throw someone's life asunder, Ive done nothing to deserve that!"

"I am a tenant, and when I rented the house, I was overseas, so I only saw the photos. However, after moving in, there was a strong smell of dog urine on the carpet. So, one week later, I decided to terminate the lease. They charged me an advertising fee and demanded a week's rent as a service fee, even though they continued to ask for rent. The crucial part is when I asked if the house was rented to someone else, the agency assumed I was the landlord and replied directly, saying it doesn't matter if it's not rented, as the previous tenant is still paying the rent. When I came back to inspect the house, I found the carpet even dirtier from their foot traffic, and the leaking water pipe was left unattended. Such an agency is incredibly irresponsible."
