"Great staff and service here, had an issue with some items and they got me sorted pain-free."
"Was welcomed as soon as we came in, stated that we were just looking and proceeded to be almost followed around the store by various staff, getting upselling comments about almost everything we picked up. I’m all for upselling and making a business but this was way over the top and my partner and I both felt smothered, anxious and almost forced to choose something. I was in the change room trying clothes on and one of the staff called out to me and asked how the sizing was, which felt a tad invasive as normally they’d ask when I got out. Normally I don’t mind JayJay’s but the overbearing staff made my visit quite uncomfortable and now I feel nervous to even go back."
