Returned an online order- she tried to make me find a tax invoice that didn’t exist, insisted on scrolling on my phone for it- then dropped it approx 30cm and wouldn’t apologise. Was an awful rude person in general. Than as I’m leaving makes a disgusting comment about me returning something in size 18 and how she doesn’t know if she’s going to be able to re sell this holding up the size."
