When I went to return this trouser with at pakenham noni b store they said they cannot look for the receipt for narre waren store and they say it like if you go to the narre Warren store they will be able to find your receipt within the system using this payment receipt. But today the lady at narre Warren store denied saying it's your responsibility to keep the invoice I can not look for the invoice based on the payment receipt. You can come tomorrow morning when manager is in. If She wanted to help she could have called the manager or someone else and find out how they can look for the receipt rather than asking the customer to come again the other day."

My grandmother had heard of a sale and i didn't quite understand the terms of the sale, so i kindly asked the staff member if they could explain to me what the $30 deal was, she was extremely abrupt, and made my grandmother and i feel really stupid for asking a question. The store was empty so it's not like she didn't have the time to explain it. Name tags should be worn. A smile wouldn't have hurt considering it Christmas."
