"The lady who was here today was soo rude. When we asked her if there is a better price she said “if you can’t take that price then leave it and go” and she was very lazy to show us the bridal dress. She told its very different to fold and not interested to open and show us. Very poor costumer service."

"Extremely upset with them. I shortlisted an outift one day, when i got there to purchase it in a couple of days the priced was hyped. I was informed that when i get there they will give me further discount instead they hyped price by over a $100 and then gave me $20 discount. The person admitted that she may have given me the wrong price on the day i shortlisted it but she won't reduce it to that price anymore. How is it my fault as a customer. I was mislead by this person and then expected to pay the higher price or choose another cheaper option. This outfit was suppose to be for a very special occasion for me and i had my heart set on it but i felt really disappointed with their service. I would not recommend shopping here."
