After working in various management roles, I made the decision to pursue a career in childcare in 2016, and it has been one of the best decisions of my life. Like theorists Bandura and Gardner, I strongly believe that children learn best through social interactions, and our educators play a crucial role in laying a solid foundation for their future.

Having two children of my own, I understand the importance of creating a home away from home where children feel loved and have the opportunity to thrive.
