"I had a battery which was flat and called NRMA roadside who only came and jump-started my car—No offer to check my battery was given. The next day my battery was flat yet again, so I called Battery Rite, and I was advised to bring my car in so he could test if it was the battery or alternator. They tested and found the issue, and they also helped me to choose which battery I wanted. They did not rush any of their services and took their time (not rushed) and genuinely were caring, and very friendly. This is going to be my new battery place for all future requirements.
