"My sister and I tried on 2 items, a dress and a jumpsuit for an upcoming wedding and was assisted by the lady who was working customer service. It was a Saturday, 02.04.22 in the morning and we were the only ones in the shop. My issue is that as I was in the changing room getting dressed, this mature looking lady opened the change room and walked in and stated she needed to grab the clothes as she was taking them. I had barely finished getting dressed in my own clothes when she breached my privacy. WHY???? Did she think we’d steal? Is this the Zampatti way? I was interested in the jumpsuit but that lady behaved inappropriately and we scurried off. It’s 2022 goodness me!!! News flash , black people have money too and I intended to spend some of it in Carla Zampatti’s shop!!!!!! Just a note, so hopefully they can act a little professional and kinder for those who find it hard enough to get out of the house, for the constantly marginalised and segregated people. Be kind, money is money, black people have it too and we buy luxury items too. We are people too!! It really dampened my day for a minute but I refused to let their energy be mine. Be kind, also just do your job, we all do."
