"You may not receive your items at all. Was advised items were delivered to Noosaville.. a completely different state and over 1000km away from me. I ordered 3 items through them and none of them had arrived. The business was advised one would not be and i was refunded without notification. Customer service is inconsistent and you have to email 2-3 times to get a response. My first email requested information. Then that was followed up with an auto reply expecting you to respond to that auto reply otherwise your email would not be read, then after 24 hours you are to receive a response. This didn't happen for me so I had to follow up for a 3rd time to which the response was long winded and included excuses such as their use of dodgy suppliers. Thankfully received a refund after 5 weeks and following up. Still yet to be advised the amount of the final refund as the customer service rep was too defensive to actually provide the information. Poor form. Do not recommend"

"I had a great experience with this company. Ordered 3 things ( shoes, headband and romper), shoes arrived within 7 days, headband 16 days and romper 18 days. I sent an email to customer service as I didn't know they arrived separately and they came back and explained why this happens, makes sense. Overall really cool."

"I probably won't use this website again. It claims to be Australian owned however my order was shipped on 14th November from China and still hasn't arrived. As a business for baby clothing by the time customers receive their order it's likely the child has outgrown the size. **EDIT** Due to the rudeness in the reply from the company I did decide to go and check their website and it is very UNCLEAR that they source items from China. I purchased the Nightmare Before Christmas outfit and I highly suggest anyone looking to purchase from this rubbish company looks at the site and see if they can find on that particular product where it says it will be shipped from China. You can't! I double checked before I even wrote this review to ensure I was correct before I gave out misinformation. I wanted to support an AUSTRALIAN company that make their clothing in AUSTRALIA, NOT outsource to sweat shops."
