"Received a belt with heaps of scratches. Staff said they’re new so I came home and after wearing them I noticed there was so much nail marks . Perhaps other customers wore them and tried them on alot. Disappointing as the belt was $100.. Sad experience"

"I was in on a busy Saturday during the recent spend and save promotion. Despite it being so busy, I had amazing and attentive customer service from two lovely ladies at the back of the store. They were so helpful with styling suggestions and prompt in getting me other sizes to try and helping me locate items in other stores. A great in-store experience."

"Ok so I don't typically leave negative or scathing reviews but in this instance, I have tried the following alternative ways to communicate my feedback to the appropriate departments. I called no answer and just a beep. I emailed, which is offered as a text via the Witchery website. This amounts to an auto response offering no actual assistance just an invitation to text them further information, huh? So, I'm writing this review in a probably somewhat vain effort to advise both potential customers and Management for sales about this stores performance. Saw online Witchery had 3 tops and 1 jacket that I wanted, and happened to be near the Camberwell store so I popped in for a hit and run purchase. I was 1 of 3 customers and there were 3 female staff working that I could see. 1 at the street entrance and another two toward the back. At no stage did any if them greet, acknowledge or attempt to assist me in anyway as I rummaged with a sense of urgency to try and locate the items I wanted to buy. The other 2 customers were acknowledged and offered assistance should they need. I walked past the two gossiping older females towards the back 4 times just to make sure I wasn't being paranoid, and they continued to gossip. I won't post what I heard but happy to devulge to Management should Management bother to contact me. After feeling adequately ignored, I made my way toward the street entrance passing the lady at the front who barely managed to scrape together a look of acknowledgement, perhaps a small smile. I'm not one to pull the race card but it was worth noting all 3 staff were Caucasian as were both of the other 2 customers. Not me. Maybe it was this, maybe it was just a fluke of poor timing. Either way I was actively looking at them for some assistance and was utterly ignored. If Management wish to address this with me, I'd be happy to discuss it further and remove this post but feel it probably ought to stay in the public forum so that potential customers can be informed about their buying powers and incentivise Management to take their professional prerogative and address this feedback. The irony is there was a quick sale to be made through me but lost and the other 2 customers who were looked after left the store without purchasing a thing..."

"The sales team at Camberwell Witchery are all incredibly helpful, sourcing pieces of clothing that work well together whilst utilising what one has at home ie your own shoes, jacket etc .. Also, they are a delightful team of women whom really love their work & have great fashion sense. I loved my shopping experience there & can’t wait to go back as the collection is superb !"

"Shopping, especially on a Sunday afternoon should be a relaxing and pleasant thing. I had instead, at the Witchery store in Camberwell, one of the worst experience in my life I have been so mistreated by a quite young person named Natalie , which, as she stated, should be to be the manager of the store. Unbelievable. Not only this person interfered few times, while, the only lovely lady in the shop, was showing me a blazer, as well as, while she was looking on line for the size I needed. When I went to the pay 3 x items I wanted, she took control of the cash register looking at me with the most annoyed and grumpy face, and that was when, I felt so uncomfortable and disrespected that I decided to leave immediately the store. When I was looked after by the mature sale assistant, which was engaging and very caring, I reported her that I found the two other her colleague were very rude and not very caring about the clients. I will never, ever walk in back to that store! I would suggest to the general/ area managers to pay more attention in recruiting young ladies as store managers, as it happens regularly, ( certainly most of them) they aren’t able or, don’t care to provide the level of customer service that a mature and well educated person would happy to !"
