"Dr Anand treated my wife for rhinolith removal surgery. Didn't show up after the surgery was over to talk to patient for 5 mins. She was discharged next day. We were all on our own after the surgery. Anesthesiologist Dr Shankar gave such a high dose that even though it was a day surgery she ended up staying overnight due to she being pukish all the time. Anesthesiologist didn't bother as well. Dr Anand and his anesthesiologist took the payment well in advance before the procedure even though we were fully covered via healthcare fund and Medicare both. Surprisingly I haven't received any receipts for the payments to now. Their phone is unreachable. Basically it means my job is done and payment taken go home. Come to visit me again and will charge you again for further advice. No sorry we won't. Will see someone else. We don't know the actual status of the operation yet. Whether rhinolith was removed, how big was it? My wife went to norwest hospital for endoscopy just this week and the experience was extremely positive. Dr Calvin Chang took time after surgery to see if she was all right and answered all our questions.we didn't pay anything over the excess amount and all doctor and anesthesiologist fees were covered by health fund and Medicare. But Dr Anand didn't have 5 mins to visit after the surgery. Now I'll need to knock their doors to get receipts and claim it from my medicare And health fund. I'm still wondering if they can charge legally working providing any receipts Never again I'll recommend."
