"I went in there today with my Support Worker. I have Walking Frame due to my Illness and the Ladies working in the shop glared at me whispered between themselves. One of the Ladies Shirts was Soo badly Creased certainly needed an Iron. DISGRACEFUL behaviour from these two people. Won't ever be buying anything from this Shop OR Katie's for that matter. I hope the Women in the shop read this Review DON'T Judge People as you never know you might end up in my Situation one Day ..."

"Very very rude service at Katie’s Karingal, woman told me and another customer to leave as she closes as 4:45 and claimed all stores in same company also close at same time. Ones she named have signs clearly saying they are open later, and the store hours online say 5 - she just wants to go home early on the company’s dollar! Won’t be going back."

"Katie’s online: Worst experience. The clothes are like wish. Nothing like the images. The fit is terrible. Dresses: The bust is massive, like super huge, and the rest is tight. Such a weird fit. I had to return everything, I can’t see them fitting anyone. Jackets: I bought three jackets one is MIA and customer service take 3 weeks to reply and don’t read your email properly so they give you the wrong response then you have to write again only to wait another two weeks for a wrong response. The other two jackets same style just different colours and totally different fits. One the arms where so tight it would be the most uncomfortable thing to wear. Don’t waste your time and money. Seriously the worst experience and quality I’ve ever experienced."
