Reviews of Uniting Dove Cottage Early Learning Bankstown
"I called 3 times to enrol my daughter here. Everytime they took my information and told me their representative will call me asap. After 1 month they called and i booked a tour with them. They send me confirmation email and also a reminder email 1 day before the tour day. I took early leave from my job to attend that tour and while i went their they said due to covid restrictions they are not allowing any tour this moment. I mean what the hell? You guys should send me email about the restrictions thing, why i have to go there and then hear this thing? Other people have works too. Really disappointed with the customer service."
"Omg I absolutely love this place. It's like leaving my child with grandparents, it's that loving and nurturing. The educators are qualified and professional without been clinical. The center manager is hands on, knows each child well and has an open door policy for issues and suggestions, which is always encouraged here. They are a bunch of good human beings who have a passion for children, and who have come together to create magic for our little ones. I highly highly recommend this place."
"i am very happy to send my child this center, because fist thing my son loved it so much and he loves his teachers. he loved to go the center every day, and also all stuff are amazing they are respectful and caring thanks guys keep it up cheers."
"The director is unorganised and rude - she does not follow up with staff what is going on in the centre and blames administration for her mistakes. Furthermore, the entrance of this centre smelled of urine and the bathroom was worst. I'm not sure how this centre exceeded expectations when the organisation and cleanliness is way below average. Waste of time to visit."
