"After getting to the shop a tad after 9am when they were meant to open. After a few complaints they sent someone out over an hour later. Yes they did give a discount to say sorry but the punctuality of this store for open time has always been bad every time I've been there."

"The Pakenham store is wonderful, I cannot fault them. However, the customer service from the online store is absolutely atrocious. I ordered 4 things from the online store as my husband was in hospital and I just simply did not have time to go into the store to buy what I needed. I ordered 2 winter skirts for my daughters school, a maroon vest and a maroon fleece jacket. All said they were available online. Over a week after I placed my order I received a call from them. The man I spoke to said that they no longer had either the maroon jacket or the vest and would I settle for navy blue instead as they could not source them from anywhere. I reluctantly agreed even though my daughter already had these items in navy blue. Whilst on the phone I asked whether the skirts that I had ordered were available and I was assured that they were. When my order was delivered the skirts I had ordered ($50 each) were not in the bag. They had sent me different skirts they sell in their stores and online for $37 each, but they had deducted the full $50 each from my credit card.They were happy to keep my money and did not bother to contact me about this. I emailed them and did not receive a response. I waited a few days and was told that if I wanted a refund for the items that I would have to go into the Pakenham store. I’d paid postage so I didn’t have to go into the store, but I had to go into the store anyway to try and get a refund because of their mistake. I’d paid for postage and this wasn’t refunded, even though all four items that they sent me were not what I ordered. When I was in the Pakenham store they had the maroon vest and jacket that I was told was not available and could not be sourced from anywhere. I am bitterly disappointed with my experience with Beleza’s online store and will not ever shop with them again."

"I have bought uniform pieces from there on 4 occassions (full uniform for summer and winter plus extras) and only once was one piece not available in the size i wanted immediately. The store is neat and well laid out. Polite staff. You can order online for delivery as well. It is a smidgen pricier than other stores but the quality is impeccable. Happy to shop there."
