BIG W South Yarra

"I live in South Yarra so I always go to this Big W and usually everyone is very nice, today I was treated really badly and unprofessional by a staff member called Ben, I ask to one very nice staff for another size and when she was about to help me , this man Ben shouted at me saying they are not slaves and told the girl to leave me and not help me, she was as surprised as me by his attitude, I said I wanted to check on the warehouse or another store and again the woman very nicely was about to help me when Ben said in a very rude manner that they don't check anything at night time and again that they are not slaves. I know everyone can have problems at home but is very sad that you have to treat people you dont know like this. I hope they can do something to change his attitude and manners at least at work."

"Says item is in stock on website staff says it isn’t in stock straight away (doesn’t even look) and states the stock on the website isn’t up to date. I questioned doesnt that make the feature redundant then if it cant be used for its purpose. He was rude and said he doesn’t make the website so not his problem. I left unhappy and disappointed, regardless if the item was in stock or not he handled the issue in a rude gross manner."

"Nice big store. Free (with validation) underground parking. Sadly didn't have stock of what we were after. (Seems like covid is hitting everyone). Minus 1 star for now. Competitive prices as usual. Inside a big shopping complex, so a lot of stores and shops to visit. Lifts and escalator for easy access."

"Standard store, stock levels are pretty good. Not too busy during the weekends, picking up an order here is very easy."
