Welcome to Just Swimming Nunawading, located at Aqualink in Fraser Place, Forest Hill. Our institution is a point of interest and a school that specializes in swimming and water safety classes for all ages, from babies as young as 4 months old to adults. We offer classes seven days a week, and even have a holiday swimming program to keep your kids entertained during school breaks.
Our facility boasts both a heated 50m pool and a leisure pool, providing the perfect learning environment for swimmers of all abilities. Located in Forest Hill, Just Swimming Nunawading is ideal for families with multiple children, as we offer swimming classes at different levels that can be attended simultaneously. We also provide term fee discounts for second and subsequent children, and have no joining fees.
Enrolling yourself or your children into swimming lessons is a big decision, but at Just Swimming Nunawading, you can trust in our experience and knowledge. Children are carefully graded based on their skill level and physical maturity to ensure that all students in our kids swimming classes are at a similar level. Our program has been designed to break down individual swimming skills for ease of learning.
As the home of Nunawading Swimming Club, our facilities are of a high standard and cater to people of all ages and abilities. Our 50m pool features eight lanes and ranges in depth from 1.2m to 2.1m, while our leisure pool is perfect for babies and young beginners with a maximum depth of 90cm and a temperature of 32.5 degrees year-round.
When you arrive at Just Swimming Nunawading, head to our reception desk on the left side of the customer service area, where our friendly team members will greet you. You will need to scan in at reception, so please allow enough time for possible queues. If you are new to our facility, our team will ensure you are escorted to your swimming class to meet your new teacher.
Aqualink Nunawading offers ample off-street car parking, although it may be challenging to find a spot during peak times such as Saturday mornings. Additional parking is available at the football oval or in Opal Street, both just a short walk from the center.
At Just Swimming, we understand that not everyone can commit to weekly swimming lessons. That's why we offer intensive programs during school holidays, providing a great opportunity for children to continue learning to swim. These programs consist of daily sessions for one or more weeks.
We also offer one-on-one private lessons with our senior teachers, allowing for tailored instruction, as well as stroke improvement clinics where students have the chance to swim with a Nunawading Swimming Club Coach.

"My son has been coming here for many years and recently my 3 year old daughter started her lessons .I cannot recommend this place more .The Instructor Samantha has been so patient and helpful with my daughter that at one stage I was planning to take her out due to her fear with water but Sam eased her into having fun with water and now within 5 lessons she is loving it ..The coordinator was also so comforting and I would like to take her name as well ..Big shout out to the entire team especially Samantha , Maddy and Brayden"
"My daughter has been going to Just Swimming Nunawading since she was 1 and she is 11 now! My son has been taking lessons there from 1.5 years (he’s just over 2). The teachers are amazing, my children have learnt so much from there. The reception people are the best! Shout out to: Glen, Jono, Claire, Chloe & Sophie. "My kids love their lessons at Tintern in Ringwood East. The teacher high fives, theme weeks and interaction with other swimmers mean their excited to go each week. Our teacher Karen works so well teaching and engaging the younger kids."
"I am changing my initial review because I think it should reflect the service provided not the facilities. The instructors are very good as they spend good quality time with the kids on technique. However the evaluation is the complete opposite. The so called "Team Leaders" turn up when they feel like to evaluate, takes notes and hardly gives any feedback to the kids or instructors. When we question about this they say all evaluation feedback is provided back to the instructors so they can work with the kids on things to improve. This doesn't happen at all. Every evaluation has different feedback and sometimes successive evaluation has conflicting entries. They say that if the Parents need the feedback can be emailed, but what use is this? Shouldn't the feedback go to the instructors and kids properly at the time of evaluation? For a better outcome and enjoyment of the classes the swim school should give the evaluation process to the instructors who are doing the lessons with the kids not some random leader who just takes notes and keep to themselves. Unless the objective of the swim school is to simply hold back kids in their level using an artificial barrier."
"The lesson is okay. However, after covid, they changed to a very silly make up system. Very silly and unreasonable make up system. Only allow one day in advance for next day make up lessons. It is very discouraging people to do make up lessons."
