"Ben was super professional, helpful and the service was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Ben for looking after your pride and joy."
"I had a problem with a leaking steering rack. Ben booked me in almost straight away. He kept me informed during the repair and explained what the actual problem was. After the repair and when collecting the car, he took the time to show me the old steering rack and explained what had happened. This old style customer service is rare these days and i will certainly be a repeat customer. Great work - Great customer service - Great pricing. Highly recommend."
"My ole Landcruiser groaned its way in , power steering leaking from pump to box.. Got a quote , booked it in for a few weeks time.. dropped off & picked it up same day .. OMFG its like a new car, super quiet and feels solid. Cheap work ain't good... & Good work ain't cheap .. Thanks Ben"
"Took my 100 Series LC to Ben's Power Steering Shop for a leaking steering rack. The car also had a tendency to wander within the lane, and I mentioned this at the time. Ben placed the vehicle on the hoist and had diagnosed the problem within 20 seconds. He suggested I could leave the vehicle with him on the spot, and even gave me a lift to the local railway station. Both problems were fixed quickly at a reasonable price. Fast efficient service!!"
"Avoid this place at all costs! He only put new seals in my power steering box and put it back together, after he gave it back to me, the box jammed up, causing damage to the bearings, I requested him to fix it as he was the person responsible for rebuilding it incorrectly. He refused to fix it, and then he refused to give me back my $2,500 power steering box, saying he threw it out? Yet he keeps every other broken box on a shelf in his factory. As far as I’m concerned this is theft. I had to purchase a new power steering box (elsewhere) as I would not deal with this company again. I had to get the department of fair trading involved, they requested him to refund me my money, and advised me that I can take further action to recover the cost of the box. As he did not have the rights to supposedly (throw it away). I’m still deciding whether to take this matter to the tribunal. This happened about 12 months ago & he still has not reimbursed me, as he seems to not carry records? Which I find very hard to believe as all businesses must keep records for 5 years. So the ato will also be advised. He will not warrant his workmanship. I highly recommend to go elsewhere. You have been warned."
