"If I could give less stars I would. Worst online shopping experience EVER!! It has been 12 days since placing my order. I called their "Customer Service" to cancel the order and was told that I could not cancel my order until it had been more than 14 days without the item being dispatched! According to the "Customer Service" rep my only options were to wait the 14 days and cancel if still not dispatched or receive the item and send it back for a refund. Seems like a complete waste of my time and theirs as I will be returning the item and NEVER purchasing from Rivers again. Not surprising this business is struggling."
