"Yesterday 28/07/23 around 6 pm went for an exchange. The hijab lady in the cashier was so rude, saying that the exchange item has been faded due to wash and it smell as it was used which was a complete lie, as the items were with tags. I also noticed that she was training for a young boy named Kanan, (she is his manager he said) was so rude to him and making facial expressions to him which was unacceptable .management please ask further info from Kanan at Broadmeadows best and less and your cameras please."
