Reservoir Primary School is an establishment and point of interest located at 1-5 Duffy Street in Reservoir, Australia. In line with our commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive environment, we are excited to announce our participation in SuperHIRO Wednesday, hosted by Bully Zero, during National Bullying Prevention Week. On Wednesday, August 16th, 2023, our school will join other schools, workplaces, and the community in wearing superhero outfits or symbols to raise awareness about bullying. Students are encouraged to dress up as their favorite superhero or as someone who is a superhero to them.

We are also thrilled to share some updates from our school. Our buildings have undergone significant changes, both inside and in the surrounding areas. Additionally, the weather is starting to improve, and we are hopeful that this is the beginning of spring.

Furthermore, we are delighted to welcome our future students, the Preps of 2024, who are visiting and spending time with our current students. This important step allows them to become familiar with their school environment and sets the foundation for a successful educational journey.

Over the coming weeks, we have exciting sporting activities planned, including basketball and indoor soccer competitions with other schools in our district. Our Gymnastics program is also thriving and highly popular among our students. We will be sharing more photos soon, but we encourage you to ask your children about their experiences.

In the Principal's news, we reflect on the successful completion of Term Two, which may have felt longer than its nine-week duration due to the multitude of positive events and outcomes for our students. During this term, students enjoyed various experiences such as basketball clinics, inter-school sports, cross-country runs, and engaging excursions to Fed Square, CERES, Jewellery exhibitions, and Edwardes Street. We also had valuable incursions from the Metropolitan Fire Brigade and Money Matters. We are grateful for the support of our parents, who have been actively involved in classrooms, working with teachers to enhance their children's learning experiences.
