"Very disappointed at my last contact with mycar in Macquarie. After having our 3 cars serviced by Mycar for 10+ years, I have had to move my business elsewhere. The new owners (I can only assume its under new ownership/management as I cannot see any of the previous staff that I used to deal with for several years) blatantly disregard commitment to time, and did not complete the repair agreed upon (a small part replacement), and made me return 2 days in a row as they had ordered the wrong part, 2 times!). Appeared to have no insight into the inconvenience caused, no apology offered. I had to miss work for two consecutive days, trying to get my car back. Finally got it back, with the work not done. I will not return, have found another auto service/repairer."

"Excellent, honest service. I came in for a pink slip, asked if they could change the battery in my remote which they did on the spot at a very reasonable rate. When I got my car back, they said they'd had to change the back wiper to pass Rego, just did it with no fuss. I got new tyres there a couple of years back. One year later, they brought me in for a free realignment. Great service, I continue to travel to Mac Centre because of the quality and service."

"This place has changed, I'm not going back. I brought my car in with a rattling sound which they diagnosed as heat shield and muffler. I can't afford to replace the muffler so I asked them to fix the heat shield only. $137 later and the rattling was 10 times worse. I brought it back asking them to have a look, I told them exactly what was going on, they knew I was unhappy about their work yet still they let it wait until 3pm to have a look. By then it's too late to get it to the exhaust specialist. Then when I decide I don't trust them to do further work and want a refund, the guy says I'm not giving him a chance to make it right? The 6 hours they had my car was the chance to make it right. Trust is easily lost in this business, and they've lost mine."

"The mycar slogan " We don't just look after cars, we look after the people who drive them" didn't seem to apply to me today! I was stuffed around unapologetically with time, and they were quite ok for me to drive off unhappy without the work having even started at the agreed time of pick up. I had to resolve the issue and facilitate its resolution! - they didn't care either way, which makes me wonder how much they care about my car. I certainly won't be going back - Way too expensive for what you get, and uncaring customer service."
