"The stuff are very rude here, I am trying to ask for a size over the phone. The lady told me I can’t look for it to see we have it or not because I am on my own, well I do understand how busy it could be during this time of the year and the frustration but just show some respect to the customer at the end of the day we are human. I’ve called this morning and the lady didn’t even bother to look again and she goes to me I only have this size I am trying to ask her if she can look and see if she have 38 she didn’t care and ended the call. Like seriously!!!!"
"The staff is sooooo rude. I am standing first in line to ask a question about sizes. The lady completely ignored me and starts talking up the customer next in line. Had a whole long conversation and I thought maybe it’s a mistake and she will come back to me. No… she didn’t, pretended she can’t see me. Then when I had to ask out loud if she can help me with the sizes and if she has small size in that skirt, she rudely said “NO” without looking at what I was showing her and moved on. I was wondering what did I do to deserve such rude treatment. I love Decjuba but seriously won’t be going to the airport west store ever again."
