"great service and support. have used nothing but bilstein for years."
"Excellent customer service! Highly recommended, the blokes have a wealth of knowledge and a can do attitude"
"Excellent knowledge and service. Had extra circlip grooves added to shocks the same day."
"Back in early 2016 I ordered a set of Bilstein shocks for my 2011 Holden Colorado, I then fitted them to the vehicle and at the same time did a 30mm suspension lift. Since then the vehicle has performed flawlessly! Off road it is very controlled even when towing a camper trailer, and on road it is simply scintillating. Not one complaint at all and I will be definitely be back, the staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable."
"I had my ford ranger fitted with a Bilstein suspension upgrade at Centreline suspension. When I test drove the vehicle it had a vibration in the driveline. i called Bilstein and complained but at the time they were not interested and referred me back to the installer. The installer implied it was no big deal. He tried wedges to adjust the angle of the diff but with little improvement. Not satisfied, I called EFS and they were very helpful and said it was a common issue and that they have an adjustable driveshaft bearing drop kit that they have as part of their standard suspension upgrade kit. I fed this info back to Centreline and they ordered and fitted one of the EFS drop kits.... Major improvement. A while after, the cheap wedges broke and started coming out. I spoke to EFS and they have some solid steel ones. Yet another trip back... Centreline ordered the EFS wedges but I was left to fit them. Now recently with only 17000km on the suspension, there is a film of oil on the rear shocks. Another trip back to installer and was told they should send them back to Bilstein in Sydney as the shocks shouldn't be leaking any oil (albeit, only a small amount) after so few kms. Another trip home to pick up the original shocks which I had luckily kept and another drive out to Centreline. This time another employeelooked at them and said there was no issue and that a small amount of leakage was normal. I insisted that they be sent back to Bilstein in Sydney to be looked at. Close to two weeks later after calling a couple of times, I was advised the shocks were back. When I asked what had been found and what had been done to them he didn't know. So I called Bilstein (Sydney Shock Absorbers) and they said they would have to follow up. I call them back later in the day and they were quite rude and said that my inquiry was not a high priority for them and they had more important things to do. After begrudgingly talking for a while, they advised that the seals on my shocks that had been apparently sent to them by Centreline and been replaced. I pick up my shocks from Centreline and they had been cleaned and were in a couple of open Bilstein Shock boxes which looked like they were from a recent new suspension that Centreline had fitted. There were no postage or courier documentation on the boxes and they hadn't been taped up. No offer to refit the shocks so I took them home to fit them myself. Before refitting I retracted the rubber boot and there was still mud/dirt/oil/sand in the region of the seal. Looks like all that was done was the shocks were given a quick clean and there was no seals replaced..... Were they even sent back to Bilstein in Sydney? Extremely poor service and all round frustrating experience. Even if a small amount of leakage is normal, why lie about the seal replacement? Save yourself the frustration and buy another brand who properly engineers their suspension kit (why isn't the driveline bearing drop kit standard when other manufacturers include it as standard) and who provide honest post sale customer service."
