"This rating is based on customer service rather than actual work. Because I never got to the point of having them do work for us. I had my van quoted for work and booked it it a month out and re arranged my work and study plans and my partners work plans , made quire a sacrifice of time and plans to book this in. Lance was a nice enough guy, quite friendly. Left the van there for a 4 day window as requested. Lance called on day 3 and said we haven't had time to look at it, we might have time tomorrow. Day 4 comes - i had to collect the van - NO WORK done. Very poor customer service. Plans rearranged Trusted Lance and his team. Would not recommend."
"They did an amazing job on my old Lotus Europa. They removed 50 years of old paintwork and deleted the aftermarket sunroof before putting on a show quality paint job. I couldn't be happier."
"Fabulous body work (panel & spray paint) done, within a reasonable time frame. Cost effective also. Very grateful for a job well done. Thank you, Lance & team !"
"This rating is based on customer service rather than actual work. Because we never got to the point of having them do work for us. This review is about some insurance work I needed to get done on our car. I entered the office and stood, waiting to be served. Apart from one other person who was looking at photos on his phone , I was alone. About 5 minutes later a nice lady came in and spoke to me. Mid conversation the other person in the room spoke. It was then I realised he worked there. He could have greeted me so as I knew he worked there and just said "I'll be with you shortly" . He had no interest in me or the work I needed done. Hardly spoke. He took some photos of the car, and strolled off. I caught up asked how it would take to get the ball rolling and he said end of June {it was first week of May now} and to ring back next week. I rang back the following week. No answer. I tried again a few hours later. The way the phone was answered I had no idea if I had the right place. There was still no idea on when it could start or if the work estimate had been submitted. He said he'd call back the flowing week. No call was received. Tried calling again... Straight to fax. My wife called later in the day and now a date of sometime in early July was give. Again, no interest was shown. No apologies for not ringing back as promised. We rang our insurance company that afternoon and have now moved the work to another repairer who can do it in 2 weeks time. That repairer was also busy, but gave us a date, and communicated well. We feel confident that the work will actually get done. I hate rating local businesses low. I think we should all give local business as much support as we can. But these business need to realise that manners and courtesy is important. Also when promising to call back, do it. Show interest in the people who pay you! I would highly recommend the bloke who answers the phone take a quick lesson in phone etiquette too."
"Friendly service, great quality work, competitive pricing and the Ford Ranger came back as new, complete with a bonus valet. These guys are seasoned professionals who take pride in their work and it shows. Happy customer."
